We are frequently asked, “How is the padding connected into the apparel, and does it hold up well after multiple washes?”. Great questions! 

Each pad is individually sewn and embossed to ensure a product that last many seasons.  Embossing is a technique in which images and patterns are created on the surface of a product through the application of heat and pressure.  In our case, padding is pressed by a stamp or engraved rollers, embedded into the fabric.  

Our products are made of 80% polyester and 20% lycra, which results in the ultimate fit, comfort, and flexibility. The poly/lycra ratio helps wick sweat away to keep you cool, dry, and comfortable under your jersey.
